Thanks, Guys, for the help. I definitely did try that with the paper towel and making multiple impressions before stamping the document. It did definitely help until the next day when it was bad again and I had to do that all over again. It's been going on like that for about four months now. I'm thinking it must be a leaking reservoir. I'll try to contact NR again to see if they will replace. Many thanks again.
