You're going to the facility and notarize the Affidavit of the Medical Records custodian where they will swear the records produced are all the records and it's a true copy. Whether you pick them up and deliver them is something to work out with the hiring party - they probably have that arranged with the facility already.

Don't google yourself crazy over this stuff...refer to your notary handbook. That's your bible.
