certificate for the CWs to sign and we notarize - then we keep that signed cert for our own reference. Part of the previous handbook suggested that, if possible, the CW oath be on the document if there is room - if not then the notary retains it - I keep it in my journal...only have a handful over the past 13 years as I don't like using CWs. |
