If this loan closed from the docs you had signed, you should be receiving your full fee. Do not let this pathetic SS get away with only paying you a print fee. Then they keep the remainder. DEMAND your full fee, if indeed that loan closed from the docs you had signed.
From the tone of your posts, you seem like a nice person but one that someone can steamroll over quite easily, and believe you me, some of these scummy SS's will do just that.
You have to know BearPaw and her method of communicating. She tells it like it is, good or bad, and says what many are thinking. Don't take offense, learn. You will never make it in this business if your feelings get hurt from someone trying to tell you exactly what you need to know.
Go back to the beginning of this forum and read, read, and read some more. There's a lot of BS, just peruse over it, but you'll learn so much your head will want to explode. You'll get to know the personalities of many of the posters that have been coming here since the early 2000's, yes, some of us are gluttons for punishment, but NR seems to be a part of our lives.
