I agree with Peggy Taylor 100% If your insurance has paid so far they will probably want to get reimbursed by somebody. GET a personal injury attorney. Most of them will at least talk to you for free and they will know what direction to go. Sorry for your injuries. BTW I do not do debt settlements either because of possible liability issues.
