Just received a note from Xavier Becerra's office, Attorney General for California concerning this issue. "...our office is prohibited by law from representing individuals or companies who seek personal legal remedies or collection services against a particular individual or company." The note further recommends small claims court. Man, I simply wanted to register a complaint and have Notary Pool put on a list for possible criminal action.
