Useful free scanner app for your phone
Posted by Luckydog on 12/1/18 7:58pm

It called Microsoft Office Lens and will let you turn the camera on your phone into a scanner. Snap the picture, it will auto adjust it to make a nice clean image in detail by aligning it, cropping it. You can save it to a gallery, PDF file, One note, One Drive, Word or Power Point document, then you can save it, send it or print it out. You can take the picture from a white board, a document, business card,or photo. It's very useful for what we do, especially if they need a few pages scanned back instead of running home to scan and in a nice clean professional looking image. You can take numerous photos, and this program will auto batch them into a single file. Once sent, you can delete them off your device.
Another good scanner app is called CamScanner...both are from your play store.
