 VA legistators must have lost their minds. First they pass

an Electronic Notary law that opens the door to webcam notarizations that cross state lines. Then they turn around & want to make an issue of NSA's not handling checks. Not to get too political, again, but this kind of thing now seems to be the norm in government at every level. Needed to vent at my frustration with all this nonsense.
