 WIRE FRAUD ALERT. Huge prob per First Am title. PSA

somehow outgoing wires are being intercepted by scammers. They call buyer, borrower, seller saying they need to wire to different account and of course steal the funds.
This is not a localized thing but happening to many, many TC per my discussion with a local office.

A heads up to our signers to not be victim to unsolicited calls with new wire info.
