At only 63 signings, you cannot be expected to cruise as fast as us who been doing these 15+ years in auto pilot. That's why newbies really have a difficult time, but you have to go through the ropes just like each of us once did. Don't beat yourself up, but really get focused after you sit down to business and leave all the small talk when you greet them. At your stage, you cannot make any mistakes or they will cut your head off. You also get a report card back when they call and ask how you did. It takes time, and everyone one of us started new just like you did. The only one that can excel is yourself and there is no magic wand to tell you how to do it. Good luck! |
