but must we consider "rudeness"? No, we try to give the advice that they ASK for, according to what our experience has been, period.
We "do not talk" about other websites? Are we in Communist China, or perhaps Russia? This is a General Discussion Forum. We discuss. We ask questions. We give answers. We are not censored for giving honest opinions and experiences. Good grief...................
Personally, I get constant business from repeats, title companies and law firms (mostly class-action lawsuits) that I have worked for over a ten to fifteen year period, who require error-free closings on a regular basis. Keep your quality and standards high, and you can charge what you feel necessary to cover costs and make a profit. We do not accept any two figure fees. And we counter offers as well.
I get the most new contacts from the "Numbers Site" and secondly, from Notary Rotary. I've belonged to the coffee site for so long, that I just renew, out of habit, but not a lot of action there. |
