ASSUME that many of us are working for low fees (less than $150) because we don't value our services. I KNOW the going rate in my area. I still have a minimum of XXX. There are a lot of notaries in my area grabbing up the low-ball work of $65, $75, etc. I said no to a $90 last week. I've mentored several notaries & always advise them not to take less than xxx. This is a competitive business & everyone has to do what they need to do to be their objective. |
