I have read all of your input and advice. My record copies were sent to me in advance, so didn't have another copy that could be used. Yesterday, as you all know, was the last funding day for September closing. I did not want to invalidate my closing by confronting her.

No I was not trolling the forum, as somebody suggested. I was wondering what other notaries would think or do about this! I value my business and would never knowingly do anything to cause me to lose my commission.

Thank you for your input and I think October is going to be really busy!
