Good post, I agree with everything you say. My notary fee with TS has always been $85/20. The last three weeks I haven't received one call on the app. I talked to TS tech. three times (and others at TS), TS app. is working properly. Each of them asked what my notary fee was. Suddenly, yesterday I received six signing notifications via the app., was quick enough to hit the green button and grab four Amazing, I thought--so it was a problem with the app. all along. And then I checked the notary fee for the new signings: $65/20!
