that dissolve their corporation, but a couple of years later, they've formed another one and they are back in the money with the ability to pay the fees to notaries they stiffed in say, 2013, owing notaries 100$$?

So they're back and have a positive cash flow, obviously because they have resumed their previous lifestyle and they now have the ability to pay those debts.

This company does not owe me any money as I quit working for them when they offered me "volume" if I would accept $90 fees...I saw it coming, but many did not.

Don't ask me for the name of the company as I do not wish to go public, just yet.
