They're still here. Just did one for them today. Interesting that people think they have to accept what is offered (actually from any company). I don't do any $65 loans for them - they pay full freight for me - but I guarantee error-free work with none of the problems title companies complain about. You must tell them what your fees are ahead of time. You need to update your profile with vendor management (CAVM) and let them know what your fees are. Then, there's no question. They call me directly, there's none of this cattle calling business. They've told me that they only want quality notaries and it would appear they have actually shifted their focus.
