in this biz. Had a signing for a CA ss & major tc. Signing was scheduled for 5 pm. Docs were late, of course, and didn't arrive until around the time the signing was supposed to take place. I had called the borrower & they were flexible. Then I get an email from the ss that if docs shouldn't be shipped today it was a REQUIREMENT to scan & email the entire pkg. This pkg. was 187 pages. I saw it through, because I wasn't going to jeopardize the loan for the borrower on the last day to sign. Needless to say, I fired this ss. I'm not playing that kind of game of faxing back pkgs.
This is one of the craziest things I ever ran into in this biz. This was a refi with a 3 day RTC, so they didn't need docs for funding. Ughhhhh! Things are getting crazier every day!!! |
