I'm pretty sure a long time ago when I was a rookie NSA, I accepted a job from your company. Why don't we work together any more? Probably due to low fees, handholding, etc. I don't get any calls for your company any more, that I am aware of.
Pretty sure it must be extremely difficult to operate a SS when you have so many notaries who read the SC reviews before they go to the client and flip the order back for rescheduling. We all know there are notaries who will accept the lowest of fees no matter what the ratings are.
As for the validity of ratings, I always post the true G/B/U version of my experience. I do not believe NSA's lie about their experiences at all.
