Maybe I have - if I have it's been a very long time (more than 3 years because you're not in my bookkeeping on this computer), I didn't rate you...and honestly, please don't carry it on here - it's of no consequence and contributes nothing to the discussion.

By the way - logs of calls? I certainly hope you're following individual state laws about recording calls - I know in KY only one party has to consent...here in FL ALL parties have to consent.
