packages would arrive the day previous via shipper delivery with two full sets enclosed - one to execute & one for the BOs. It's great when that happens, but I find it is quite rare these days.

With e-docs I'm very thankful Smile if the docs are made securely available the day prior to the signing, which most of my direct clients do provide.

Although, as you have showcased, there are some signings that two hours prior to the signing engagement (regardless of the required travel time), I find myself reaching out to the title/escrow company querying for a doc package status.
