Yikes is right...because you re the one who tried to make the fact that "it's common in commercial loans" an important factor, which, by the way, YOU just stated that the SOS doesn't different between notarizing for loan docs or GNW. You mentioned commercial loans several times, then attempted to lecture me about "beating a subject to death" and "saving keystrokes".
Yes, a notary who primarily does GNW across the board will experience far more *gray areas* of notarizing where there are no laws, rules, or directions than ones who rarely do GNW. With time, S/he has learned to handle/solve the gray areas of notarizing more so than the bank notary who only handles bank notarizing.....or the receptionist notary who notarizes only for the doctor's office...or the processor notary at the real estate office etc. That's just a fact...and a very important fact. Why be insulted about that? It's a fact that I don't have experience with commercial loan signings so am I to be mad that others do? |
