 You can't just skip over a SS and call escrow/ title

They have accounts, they have a relationship and contract with that SS. If you try to cut the head off te SS and go around them would be business suicide. Word would get back so fast and not only would you not get that business, you may not get any business as word spreads what you did.

When we say "working direct"; that means going on your own and finding these title and escrow companies who do not enlist a Signing Service to help them find you and you work direct with them. Go and do marketing, hand out cards, talk to local companies...Different locations have different ways of doing things and the way the contract and enlist their notary signing agents.
