The funny thing is... Yoli quoted the handbook to her in an email and even quote the 8225 clause to her wherein she is told that knowingly asking a notary to do something illegal is crime. She ignored it and simply told Yoli they didn't have need for her services.
I find it reprehensible that a company would require a notary to break the law under the guise of making sure the notary is, in fact, obeying the law. |
