NSA's who dress too casually do not think they will ever have a follow up from the LO, title company or SS that sent them. We always see the reviews in packages, so we do get ratings. This happens all the time, especially with new NSA's they never used. Just because we are self employed, we always have big brother checking on us.
When I see this, or hear the horror stories from my clients, it sort of makes me smile inside because it just makes those of us who do a great job, dress business appropriately, shine all the more.

It's something very easy, and dressing accordingly is a small step that takes you leaps and bounds in this industry for repeat business.
