TRID laws make them have the buyer review and sign 3 days prior to closing electronically. They are not supposed to give that CTC unless they have it, but many times things get changed last minute, but I think they sign an addendum waiving that right, and that causes all our problems with late docs. 99.5% of my closings have the correct CD/Alta, and that does have to match each other...the CD comes from the lender and the Alta comes from title. It's better than what it was, but far from perfect getting documents on time.
