 any recommendations on a laptop

Hi

Does anyone out there have a recommendation for a portable laptop with signing ability something that is touch screen and where a borrower can sign on the screen for e signings?

Also need to have one that can be both 4G and wifi without breaking the bank.

what is the majority of signing agents using if they do e closings? I am an E notary just waiting for it to take off here in NC. hopefully that will happen soon.
