Orlando I believe is in the 85% range...probably the same as a dark storm cloud. I remember the one from 1979, I think they are really over exaggerating this and many will be disappointed, especially if it is cloudy or raining out on the eastern US side.
I remember it being sort of a cool experience, and it is great all these cities, big and small are boosting their economy from it. In 1979 nobody gave it much thought, no glasses, we looked through a pinhole in cardboard. I don't remember us being in the 100% then either in WI. We got out for 10 minutes from school to see it, and then went back in. I guess if you are a driver, maybe a logistic nightmare in that sweeping area.
