San Diego, CA. 858-999-5229. Caller: Tammy

Had a call this morning for seller package this afternoon in Mt. Enterprise. Asked Tammy to hold while I looked that up as I'm not familiar with that city. As I'm looking, she had to take call from lender. When she gets back to me, I advise her the only Mt. Enterprise I find is in TX. She says yes and NNA notary search has me 12 miles from there. I'm in CA. [pause] Oops! She had input zip 95681 rather than 75681. We both had a good laugh. It was still early in the morning and this helped both of us wake up.

Then, decided to research them on NotRot for future reference. Not many comments or ratings. Seems they started as a quick paying company and now have <<some>> pay issues. Is this correct?
