I can only comment on what was originally posted concerning the terminology used "FaxBack". I don't like to assume and fill in my own information if possible. You are lucky, luckydog that 99% of your client base accepts electronic scanbacks. I only have a few (3) clients that still request old fashion faxbacks when required. Normally there is a option of email scanbacks or simply the old fashion fax number given. I can still accommodate both options. I gave up my landline years ago but still can scan and faxback through an online fax service for $19 every 3 years approx. I haven't received a fax in over ten years so I don't require a dedicated land line for receiving faxes anymore. For sending faxes I still like to have the option available to me for certain clients.
I do some onsite notary work for some very large companies during the year and you would be surprised how many still have those huge fax machines still in operation! It amazes me they still exist. |
