Not sure for refi's, but the buyers also have to sign this 3 days before the closing as well as everyone else. I assume the LO, broker, or realtor has to get it done, not us before they can even think about closing. If it is us, extra money to get it signed, then return in a few days to close. Good thing is, no more last minute surprises, and everyone on same page at closing.
