It says, "if your bank partners with Zelle, find Zelle in your bank's app or online banking." Is this his infamous accounting department aka his "payroll" department? "They are a little behind schedule on payments" is his famous go to phrase or excuse. How is an app capable of being a "they"? Moreover, are apps capable of falling behind schedule? Aren't apps usually operated by a business check signer? We all know that the gig is up. He is a one man operation and is fooling no-one.
