I would send a certified demand letter. email doesn't seem to be working. Depending on how many emails they have ignored, I might cc the person you signed on their behalf-or at least threaten to.
Also, I would contact government agency that oversees asset locators for possible direction. perhaps the DOJ.
From what I have read, there are pretty strict laws governing this type of business.
