It might mean using one's notarial stamp instead of one's signature. I expect this would be improper in every state.
It might mean using a rubber signature stamp instead of a handwritten signature. This would be in addition to using the notarial stamp (if a certain state requires a notarial stamp). This is legal in some states. |
