endeavors? Also, when you receive those low fees, on SD, you know you can negotiate your fees.

Making money in this business takes alot of work. You get out what you put in. Its really about how you market yourself in your area. Look at your competition is charging, look at the areas they are covering. Why should they hire you? You have to be on top of all of that.
