Of course... shoot... I'm still seeing documents that aren't compliant with the 2008 changes.
All of that doesn't really matter though. It's not their responsibility to put the proper wording in there. It's YOURS, as the notary. They only pre-print it as a favor or so that it appears 'clean' and neat. As notaries, we are under no obligation to use the wording they print for you.... no matter what they tell you. The certificates are OUR domain and they have zero authority over us in that regard. |
