To me, that's the significant difference between the novice and experienced nsa; after a while it no longer makes sense to work thru an SS, except occasionally (remember, they are marketing to many of the same contacts we have access to/communication with).

On the other hand, I can see why some may adopt this view to marketing:
[SS] have connections, and resources I don't and typically *Don't go out of my way to find.*

Bottom line for me is my portfolio percentage (%) after 7 years should look A Lot different: Direct Work - not 3rd party servicers - should form "the bulk of my monthly closings."

I think it's Sad to see so many hands in such a small pie . . .
