"Like having the same fee for a SS and a direct client" I find just as ridiculous to charge someone $75.00 more for an exact same closing because they called me vs a SS? My rate is not hyped up for a direct client nor discounted for a SS ... My rates are what I require to get the job done. I do ask for more for a large package or too far out. I charge fairly and works.
Your interest in my business model and who my direct clients are is quite impressing. What you think , what I disclose are very minimal to the reality. What I do disclose honestly is that I don't inflate or deflate my prices per who the client, it's based on the assignment. |
