Of course, you only can notarize the person in front of you. In FL however, they sometimes put the whole POA in the notarial act, but you are only notarizing who is in front of you signing in behalf of that missing person.
What do you mean how do we fill out our acknowledgments? The acknowledgment is already prefilled out. If not you only put the person in front of you.
No humor fail, just confusing.
