They mentioned a hospital outside of Indianapolis, a small city in Alabama (or was it Mississippi) and the city of Atlanta. Leeds was able to negotiate the random from 50k USD to 8k USD simple by telling the culprits they were a very small town and didn't have what the 50k. Apparently they happy to get that much.
