Mr. Fleming,
I took the test yesterday and have concerns regarding several of the test questions. Some are related to determining interest rates. One question is regarding equity for a reverse mortgage. There were at least two questions that had no correct answer. Therefore, I would like to email you the questions that I am concerned about. I understand what you're trying to do, but I'm very concerned that you're partnering with the wrong company. If notaries fail his test, they're being "forced" to take a class by someone who is not totally correct in what is expected of us as Signing Agents.

Also, regarding watching 30-second videos, will that replace instructions regarding POA, scanbacks, etc.? Personally, I prefer written instructions that I can print and take with me.
