Guaranteed Rate once was a big client of mine. Then they aligned with REALOGY and POOF! away went that client. Occasionally I would hear from Firmina of Title Helpers near Chicago with such and such a title let her schedule their closings as a SS until GR partnered with REALOGY. Founded in 2000 by Victor Ciardelli, the company was the sixth-largest mortgage lender in 2017 with $19.2 billion in funded volume.

Now I'm reading that Guaranteed Rate is now Partnering with Notarize to Power FlashClose T: The Next Generation of Homebuying!

It's the way of the warrior signing agent these days. Little fish are disappearing every day in this climate.
