Not everyone is poised to succeed at this biz in a huge way. Face it, it costs a lot to live in California. Florida is a more economic area of the country to live and work in. Some people just want to get by. Not put that much energy into their biz


That being said, I met a couple NSAs in Florida last year who are making six figure annual incomes so I know it can be done if there is motivation and desire.
