"What are some of you doing to improve your bottom line, cuz a lot of topics lately don't seem to be very focused on building a successful NSA/notary business."

...It can start with you Ms. C...as many of your posts are way "off topic" for building successful NSA career, if that's the lane you want to travel in. Many of your posts can be posted in leisure. We are a multi faced diamond here on the forum full of stories, problems, information and questions and just plain nonsense too. Anything not related to a successful NSA business should then be directed to leisure, which some of us are good at doing, other's not so much. People simply just don't go there...it's ignored. As long as we throw a sentence in regarding a notary we are good to post in work. That's cool.

You opened with your lovely luncheon in south CA ...is that being constructive to all of us, or just you sharing you went to lunch? Tell us what the discussion was with these successful NSA's, what they came up with since you attended. What are their new fresh ideas? You have been around longer than any of us, please tell. Marketing is not fresh, what was said? Merely getting a bite to eat and talking about life is great, but not informative enough to post unless details are disclosed. Please do tell....

GB is merely pointing out how a multi million dollar business pays no tax, yet are our leader Gods in this industry. Prying minds are more interested in that I believe even though it does not directly affect us. Those who are members support and donate to that cause, and probably not even aware they are a tax exempt company. I didn't and I learned something, Yippee! I am more interested in their business model and how they get away with a tax free exemption while they are a "for profit" organization, then hearing about many other things posted here which have no impact on any of us, simply entertaining.

I like to read it all...many are ambiguous stories that take 2 minutes to read, and really say nothing or mean nothing for the greater good, like what I just dribbled on about. If you want it to be informative and helping the greater good, I am all behind that, but it's starts at home. Do we keep posting, contributing, adding, commenting, debating, keeping it alive or do we just talk about marketing and passing out business cards and signing up with new companies?

Again, what did this brilliant meeting of the minds come up with?
