within that post or any of the previous posts historically about this topic, by members originating from MULTIPLE across the US that encounter this situation, EVER stated that ALL or 100% (as was advanced by ananotary) of the title and/or escrow companies are this way within their respective regions.

On the contrary, Luckydog emphasized that "They have a business and do serve a function for me." referring to SSs AND "There is no need to accept lowball offers."

Also stated previously, "Certainly, the CNSAs that are confronted with that are quite tired of it as well!"

Please DO understand that the majority of the business owners that remain in this industry are quite resilient or they would not still be operating.

Those members DO accept contrarian input without arguing with those who reside in a state that some advance is more conducive to an NSA business. Why can’t their lead be followed and simply honor THEIR input as they do of those in that one state? They don't judge or make inane statements regarding "same song and dance" or "drumbeat" with the implication that they simply aren't trying hard enough or that they're mistaken . . . :0

They’re sharing their experience. Your statements DISCOUNT their experience and the validity of their input. As a result, it certainly can stifle the willingness of those members (as well as of the other observing members) to SHARE future experiences. Diversity is the goal as a healthy and thriving forum needs EVERYONE to provide their sound input and direct, first-hand experiences.

For all intents and purposes, the input from those in that one state do dramatically underestimate the audience here and that is QUITE offensive.

Please recognize that this audience is replete with critical thinking business owners who can easily and quickly amalgamate the data that is presented to them. Furthermore, they can and regularly DO make sound decisions regarding their own SPECIFIC business plans and take actions within their OWN state and within their OWN business environments.
