Please claify "fully electronic closings" if you are not yet a fully approved enotary. You state in a later post you are in the process of being approved (congratulations) so I am confused by the terminology. I am a commissioned enotary in VA and have been doing general notary esigns (webcam) for a few years now. The mortgage industry is coming along fast. I'm looking forward to it.
