JandB asked how someone is not a "fully approved enotary" could do "fully electronic closings". I don't know about MN, but I have read that TX allows all notaries to do enotarizations where the signer and notary are in the same room. It's only webcam notarizations that require an extra level of authorization in TX. This is something that needs to be looked at for each state.
