Thanks for setting me straight on the XYZ lingo... LOL. I think we can all agree that mistakes and screw ups can happen with any business. Smart businesses know that when they make a mistake, they own it and make it right. They fail in their efforts when they basically call the customer a liar.
I can appreciate and respect that some others have enjoyed nothing but positive experiences with XYZ. In this instance, the way it was handled was so egregious, that it warrants a public outcry. You just don’t treat people like that.
You guys have given me things to carefully consider going forward. While an XYZ BGC and exam may be evil necessities in the business, a membership is not. Being a newer NSA, I value the CE training to keep sharp and on top of things. Having the CE displayed on my XYZ Signing Agent Profile would show others my commitment. Maybe I have over rated the whole XYZ Signing Agent Profile thing? Perhaps there are other resources for CE?
A big thank you to all that responded. A bigger thanks to the forum mods that allowed my post to be published here. I also posted on the “coffee cup” notary forum. Unless I am mistaken, it appears my post there has been deleted. |
