Sorry for what you're going through, Bryan. I can only imagine how stressful it must be. If you're now in Seattle, you need a WA notary to advise you what options you might have. If you were still in CA, you could have two people who know you well (called Credible Witnesses, which is what you were probably thinking of) swear that you are the person named in the document, etc. They essentially act as your ID. Perhaps WA has a similar option, but I'm not familiar with that state's notary law.
Hopefully someone from your state will chime in here, but if not, you can probably find someone local to you by going to the Find a Notary tab (above) on this website. [Be sure to choose someone with experience who has been around a while...  ]
