Hope this guy knows what he's doing - yes this would just be a straight notarization on the notary's end of things (not our job to know any better) but there's a lot more involved in transferring a timeshare than just signing a quit claim deed and voila! done. There are a lot more parties of interest in the chain and factors to be taken into consideration.
