Is that on refis, too? I remember hearing from a LO many years ago that when refinancing an FHA loan, that they don't prorate the interest, so if it doesn't close by EOM, the BOs have to pay another full month interest. Not so? Or has something changed. That could become an annoying issue for those of us in CA, with our per diem interest law.
